TERMS OF SERVICE

INTRODUCTION: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and services (“Products”) by EADSEC AFR GHANA LTD (“Seller,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to you, the customer (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making any purchase.
TRADEMARK: This website is owned, controlled and operated by EADSEC AFR with a trademark: Ghana Gold Detectors (GGD)
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any changes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any orders that were affected.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing issues, or suspected fraudulent activity
Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and bank transfer.
PRICING:
All prices are listed in Ghana cedi and Ghana Pesewa. And are subject to change without notice. Sales taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges may apply depending on your location
SHIPPING POLICY:
At EADSEC AFR GHANA LTD, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy for more information on our delivery services, charges, and procedures.
Shipping Location: We will ship Products to the address provided by you at the time of purchase
Shipping Methods
We offer variety of shipping options based on your location and the size of your order. The available shipping methods may include:
- Standard Local Shipping (Free within Ghana)
- Express Local Shipping (Payable on delivery to courier service agent within Ghana)
- International Shipping
We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped using reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery
Product Availability: All products advertised on the EADSEC AFR Online Shop (www.ghanagolddetectors.com) are guaranteed to be genuine and new. We are one of the major distributors to the manufacturer
The products are shipped directly from the manufacturer with clearing delay sometimes. We are therefore unable to guarantee the availability of stock. We recommend contacting us to confirm the availability of stock prior to placing an order.
We will only be liable for the delivery of products when the products are available. When products are no longer available after the conclusion of a sale, we will notify you and you will be entitled to either selected another product or choose to receive a refund in full (create to click REFUND POLICY).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following locations:
Ghana: Metropolitan cities in all regions
International Shipping:
Available to selected countries. Please check at checkout to confirm if your location is eligible for international shipping.
Processing Time for Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-7 working days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
For custom or special orders, processing time may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Free shipping will be offered across all metropolitan cities (Ghana only).
Customs and Import Taxes (For International Orders)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the shipping cost
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Order Confirmation and Address Accuracy
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical shipping address during checkout.
DELIVERY POLICY:
Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (Metropolitan cities within Ghana):
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3 – 7 working days.
Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 3 working days.
International Orders (Outside Ghana):
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. International shipping may
take within 30 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Issues
Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or any other unforeseen factors.

Risk of Loss: Once the product is delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 working days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Customized items, clearance items are excluded from the return policy and mainly not returnable
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned product. ONLY product cost is refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged
replacement or refund of Items
Lost Items: If your item is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist with processing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

EADSEC AFR GHANA does not endorse the content or any products or services available on such websites and is not responsible for such content. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Product Warranties: Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. However, we make no additional warranties, expressed or implied, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION BY PLACING
AN ORDER, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee its complete security.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and any disputes will be decided by Ghanaian courts.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in Ghana according to Ghana’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), so both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana
MISCELLANEOUS
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
